1. Are the appraisals happening in the Media companies? Preferably in the print sector.
2. If yes, then what is the average % hike in the CTC that the employees can expect this year?
3. What would be the break-up in terms of the fixed and variable CTC?
4. What would be the average salary range for the employees at various levels?
5. What is the scenario in terms of the variable component being paid by the companies in this sector?
6. Overall growth of the Media sector in 2009-2010.
