According to labor law, you are to provide Earned Leave (EL) as per Chapter VIII of The Factories Act, 1948. As for Casual Leave (CL) and Sick Leave (SL), we are required to grant these leaves according to your State Industrial Establishment (National, Festival, Casual, and Sick Leaves) Act.
