Hi all,

I am doing my Ph.D. in the area of O.B. and I am already registered. Currently, I am focusing on data collection in my field. I am seeking assistance from someone with a specialization in statistics to help me properly design the statistical methods for analyzing my data as I am a bit confused. If anyone is available to assist, I would greatly appreciate it. I can send a copy of my synopsis for reference.

Madhurima,

You should have thought about how you would analyze before designing the questionnaire and collecting data. Please post both the synopsis and the questionnaire. Have you piloted the questionnaire?

Please see my posts on Research Methodology and then drop me a private message if you wish. Have a nice day.

Hello,

I have dropped you a message.

Organizational Effectiveness is the dependent variable, whereas Organizational Commitment is the moderating one, and organizational climate is the independent one (which is to be changed to Organizational Climate).

Hello,

I have had a quick look at the documents. I am a bit confused after looking at the final intro.

Why have you used bold font in places?

The bulk of the literature cited (30 out of 36) is more than 5 years old and most of them over 10 years old.

What citation system are you using? You seem to have used a combination of the Harvard System (Harvard author-date style, Citing and referencing tutorial, Monash University Library) and the Vancouver system (Vancouver style, Citing and referencing tutorial, Monash University Library).

The proposed timetable is completely out of date (Have you copied this from some other proposal?).

Changing a variable's nomenclature from dependent to independent or using a different variable will not affect the data collection stage, provided you have included questions to solicit responses to those factors.

Have a nice day.
