As Raj Kumar has aptly queried, bloggers need to give as much information about themselves and how they intend to pursue their degree, what prior qualifications and experience they have, etc. The type of synopsis required varies depending upon the university and also whether you need to enroll for MPhil/PhD or you can go straight to a PhD.

I have completed my M.Com from Delhi University and cleared my June NET exam with JRF. I want to pursue my Ph.D. from Delhi University as HR is my area of interest. Firstly, I will have to submit my Ph.D. synopsis, and if it is accepted, then only will I be allotted a guide by the university. I don't have any idea about the pattern of how to prepare a synopsis. I am looking forward to your help.
