Dear Ms. Shalini,

As a part of May Day celebrations, I have conducted a quiz competition for our employees. Here are the details of how the quiz competition was conducted:

I categorized the questions into four different categories: 1) General knowledge, 2) Science, 3) Cine, 4) Sports, each with 4 multiple-choice questions. Three members formed a team, and each team was asked a maximum of 5 questions in each category, totaling nearly 20 questions per team. Each question carried 10 marks, and negative marking was allowed for incorrectly answered questions, with a penalty of -5. For correctly answered questions, 5 marks were awarded.

Finally, small sports cups were awarded to the first and second prize winners. The audience was also actively involved, and those who answered questions correctly were given immediate gifts.

I hope these guidelines will assist you in conducting the quiz competition. For any assistance, please feel free to contact me.

With Regards,
