I have been given the task of assisting our web designer to make our website attractive to most of the candidates out there. Either we may alter the already existing CAREER link or create an all-new WORK WITH US thread. 🌟 [The concerned org. is a market leader in telecommunication devices, both B2B & B2C]

Please tell me what all things should I include to fulfill the said purpose. Thanks in advance.

Hey Neha, thank you for your response. However, I didn't understand how a questionnaire would help me in designing the webpage of my organization for the CAREER link. Please shed some light on this. Also, please let me know if you have any leads on this. Senior members, please help if possible.

Dear Devashish,

Your purpose is to make the website attractive for new joiners. You will need to have an entire section on HR in that case. You can't make a website in isolation. This will cover:

1. Vacancies in the company
2. Training for the employees
3. Ex-employee testimonials and existing employee feedback
4. Offshore projects if offered
5. Career development paths
6. A form that will serve as a database where a new person can enter all his/her records.

Hope this suffices.

Dear Sujal,

Thanks for your response. Your points are really worth considering. However, I didn't mean to make the website in complete isolation. The purpose is to attract most people and encourage them to apply online at the WORK WITH US or CAREER link. Since we already have this section in place, my specific target is to increase the number of online applicants.
