Friends, I need your help for creating blogs on my HR related activities, I would like to post my blog in my company website ( it's a software company and our technologies are Java, database, front-end engineering, creative design, and testing. We focus on software application development & integration, web & mobile design, UI design, rich internet applications, mobile application development, social media marketing, database marketing, and testing services. Some of our focus areas are Big Data, Cloud Computing, IT Projects, Back-office automation, Desktop applications, and Advertising Agency's work.) Do you have any suggestions on "how and what needs to be mentioned on the blog?

FYI - I am working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Please let me know, if anyone aware of this.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi
First of all you need to be clear about why you are writing the blog. You would also need to identify your potential audience and 'what value addition' they can get from the blog. Based on this you have to decide the frequency and the theme of the blog. It would also help if you standardize your style of writing. I would also suggest that you write atleast 5 -8 blog contents in advance, test the response by sharing it with friends and colleagues before you actually activate your blog online.
Do not mix technical themes with HR themes in the blog unless they complement the experience for the reader.
Since I am not a technical expert I would not venture to identify / suggest specific topics but I am sure you will be able to best judge what the blog contents should be,
Best Wishes
