Hello everyone,
I am working as the HR head in a ready-made garment industry with approximately 900-1000 employees. I want to terminate a few employees from one of the departments as they are not performing well and are also instigating other employees to create unnecessary problems and unionism.
I have warned them many times to improve their performance, but there have been no positive results. Typically, after three warning letters and a show-cause notice, we can terminate an employee. However, in this case, the individual has a good relationship with the labor leader and the prominent politician in town. Issuing a show-cause notice could potentially create issues.
I require your suggestions on how to handle this situation effectively.

Dear,
You have to take action against them. Termination, even after a warning letter and a show cause, will not hold good in law. Just make a target list and catch them one by one. You have to follow the complete process like a charge sheet, domestic enquiry, and if needed, suspension as well.
Even though you can terminate directly, it will be illegal and may create problems in the court of law. Discuss your strategy with the top management.
Thank you.
