Dear Friends,

Please help me in framing an HR policy for an electronic manufacturing unit in Bangalore with more emphasis on statutory compliances. This should include aspects such as leaves, mandatory offs/holidays, and employing contract labor. Regarding the employment of contract labor, is there a need for an appointment letter? Additionally, is the 6-month limit for PF/ESI applicable?

Kindly provide insight on any other aspects that need to be considered.
