We have a requirement for an MBA in HR & Systems, MCA, or BE in Computer Science who has some experience in developing an HRIS for an HR Department. If the individual is a qualified HR professional, then exposure in handling compensation and benefits such as benchmarking salaries, budget preparation, and managing salary revisions for a large organization is essential. Strong communication skills, teamwork, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access, are necessary. The position will be based at the corporate office in Chennai reporting to the AGM - HR.
