could u pls suggest me, wht as a hr do u expect from a candidate? is functional questions asked other than the common ones? if so wht are the questions generally asked ?

1. Communication skills.
2. Grooming and appearance.
3. Attitude.
4. Decision-making.
5. Flexibility.
6. Educational and family background.
7. Overall assessment of the candidate.
