Dear Mr.Navaratna,
The LWF contribution for Maharashtra is not correctly mentioned, it should be as follows-
1.For those drawing salary upto Rs.3000/-pm, employees contribution is Rs.6/- and employer's Rs.18/-, Total Rs.24/-
2.For those drawing salary above Rs.3000/-pm, employees contribution is Rs.12/- and employer's Rs.23/-, Total Rs.48/-
Attached is the notice that has been published by Maharashtra Labour Welfare Commissioner on 28.12.12 to the above mentioned effect.
