Hi, I am working as a contractor for one of the top most IT company of the world for the last 1.5 years, now they have decided to take me as a permanent employee on their payrols.
After that they will perform the Back ground verification, my first company is closed now and as it was a small company so i dont have any salary statement or bank statement as a proof.
This is my third company so my BGC will be positive from 2nd company but however my first company is closed so just want to check will that create a problem for me, and what will be the solution for that.
As my current company is a big company so they will do a strict BGC so i am afraid if that happens and my first company closed will that create a problem in my employment.
Kindly suggest and provide your inputs.

If the company is closed what you will do because it is not your mistake. If the second company people gives a good report then that is enough. If you don't have any issue in your first company keep some of your senior colleagues who worked for that company earlier & who may give a positive feed back on you so that you can provide their contact nos. if they asks so otherwise forget about that. They will check and close issue as the company is closed.
