Dear Nileshlolusare,
In the case of cash salary they wont deduct PF, hence you can give FORM 11 for PF excemption otherwise new PF Account Number has to be created for you (it is based on the company norms). After that you will receive UAN (Universal Account Number) for PF. If you are resigning the job with your current employer in the sence you may apply PF transfer based on the UAN. Deducted PF Amount and employer Share has to be transfer to your new account.'
For TDS purpose they may ask FORM 60. If you are having PAN Card means you may submit the copy of PAN Card. FORM 60 is not necessary.
FORM 60 is mandatory only if you are not having PAN Card.

Dear Nileshlolusare, In this case you may produce your pay slip or else you may ask your last employer like letter for resignation, placement letter or Appointment letter. Regards, Kavitha
