I have been informed by the local Conciliation Officer-cum-R.L.C.(Central)that Central Govt. has declared for an indefinite period the steel and Iron industries as public utility services under I.D.Act by notifying in gazzette of India. But as far as my practical knowledge is concerned, usually any industrial estt. coming under the 1st Schedule appended to I.D.Act,may be declared for a temporary period of 6 months as public utility service on receipt of the application from the management for the said purpose. Can any of my friends furnish me the scanned copy of said gazzette notification, who is aware of such notification as stated by local R.L.C.(Central) .
