Why lament over the fact that the management is not listening to you. The company has displayed enough symptoms that it s a going concerne but not growing concern and they want the staff to find out alternatve employment. You should also look for a change unless youre some one as part of teh core mangementand committed to it .

Hello ravisuresh,
Like B.saikumar suggested, just GET OUT OF THERE ASAP.
The sooner you can, the better for you. The more you delay, the bigger the problem you can face during interviews--to justify your role & responsibilities vis-a-vis the period you spent in this company.
Also, since you say you have 5 yrs exp in Mktg, you shouldn't have landed in this company in the First-place. You should have done your own due-diligence about the company before joining. However, use this exp to make a better choice in future. Also, suggest DON'T mention this situation as the reason for leaving during interviews. That doesn't mean you have to lie--you DON'T need to. Just handle tactfully.
Coming to you being asked to 'recruit for new staffing', not sure how to address this issue--just try to do your best until you leave.
All the Best.

It is your personal interest to decide on your career. If you have real talent and learning skills/adoptability, you can change to HR field also, provided you are too keen to continue in the HR field.
Chances are always there for talented & committed.

Dear Ravi ,

I have seen your message and wanted to put my views and understanding on the same .

And to give you lot of boosting power ………..

I find you very tensed on the situation , this may be because they are not providing you the experience letters .

Let me tell you one thing , HR’s first good step is analyzing the things to depths and raising the issue immediately and to solve them .

You were trusting them and they gave some work so never think bad about the past .

So now about your interviews: always remember one thing “people in the market recruit because they are in need of manpower, in that race most of the companies will ask for those letters and some if they understand your situation they may give you the offer” so you have to remember one thing that you need to have strong technical skill set when you are facing the interview , you should be very very presentable and clear with lot of confidence in you .

And you need to frame your answers in an intelligent way .In that way you can get some job in HR stream .

HR jobs are very less in market so don’t panic keep searching and make your selves strong in the arrears where you are lacking and try hard to fight to give and prove best in the same company till you get your job .

Don’t worry about the situation but handle it in a smart way as a smart HR.

All the best .

better said by TS. get out of there as soon as possible as there seems to be exploitation and the firm would not survive longer. don’t waste ur time.

Hi Ravi,
Dont make compromises with your career. according to your description that compny is not going to grow. They are not giving respect to Human values.
If you are not able to adjust with the company norms, leave the Company.
