I am having an idea of starting HR staffing consutlancy company catering to the BPO Industry in Bangalore. I need to know four answers
1) What the legal requirements if I start as Sole Proprietorship?
2) How to get clients?
3) What are the standard market rates which the client will pay for the candidates I give them?
4) Can I function from home?
I request you all to provide your valid and worthy suggestions as you are doing now.
Looking for your helpful tips and infos.
With wishes

Hi there,
1. Your legal requirements would be provided by your local chamber of commerce or the governmental bodies that stipulates these rules.
2. Getting clients depends on your advertising campaign
3. Obviously you have not done market research you would have known your competitor and what are the rates they charge.
4. For professionalism purpose functioning from home is a no can do unless it’s a online service
