Dear Sir/Madam……
I am a new member of this site and found it could be of help for my career. I had completed my M.Sc. and B.Ed in Home Science from Delhi University with specialization in Foods and Nutrition. I am also pursing PGDID in Instructional Designing from Symbiosis, Pune. I have worked for one year providing me an experience in the field of development of projects, proposals, budgets, development and editing of content, report writing, organization of workshops etc. Presently I am working at a reputed school in delhi but I want to change my career and wants to work in a multinational setting where either my knowledge on nutrition, education or instructional designing could be utilized.
Can any one enlighten the direction to which should I proceed….If any one is having some references regarding these then please suggest….

Yes, Staff hand book is very useful to both the employer and the employee, hope you all would agree to this. Staff handbook would help the employer to easily communicate the company policies and legal legislations to their employees and get the acceptance for the same.
