Hello All, I am Design Engineer in Automotive seating Industry and 30 May 2020 is my last day of 3 months Notice period. I was suppose to Join New Industry from 1 June 2020, But Today I Received a Call from New HR saying that due to Covid-19 Pandemic your joining is postpone by 3 months or more depends on Situation, as it is very uncertain. At the same time my existing Company has processed my resignation and there is no way going back to existing organisation as well.

New HR said that they are retaining employees who were on notice period and approached back to their organisation.

I believe new joinee are Potential of company, On humanity basis in this Pandemic situation,why dont they retain them? as this uncertainty is applicable for them also. It is very important for them to have constant income in this hard time. Why dont any organisation have any Mid Way Solution policy which can find a win win solution for Organisation as well as Employee in such Cases.

I am the sole responsible to support my Family and in this Crucial time I am trapped badly where I am not sure what to do.

Irrespective of following all Legal HR related process on time, I am gonna hit badly mentally as well as Financially because of Poor organisational approach towards finding midway solution for Concerned Employee which lead to losing Job.

I request you to please guide me what should I do.Your Suggestion are most welcome.
