You can prepare an appointment letter to probationary employee.
It should mention the clauses relating to the probationary employee like probationary period, other benefits if any applicable to probationers , leave formalities of probationary employees all those things.
You can search formats of appointment letters citehr itself.
All the best.

Hi,
Surprising that anyone joined as HR executive without appointment letter in hand. anyways appointment letter is a legal document. the letter contains details like DOJ, location, transfer, probation period, leaves, termination of services, working hour, working days etc.
Probation period is an evaluation period wherein you test the knowledge, skills, attitude, performance of the person you are hiring. Based on which the company decides whether to confirm the person or not. probation period can be of 3 months, 6 month or even a year.
