Secondly trying not. to quit anything due to bread and butter for the family
I have applied many a times for diff. HR roles and everytime i get feedback is you know everything, you have answered all what we want however i get one answer this is not your job...you can become somthing good in operation so try in that...other side if something comes in my way towards operation i do try ,however there too i get same answer yoy are made to work in HR field why are you trying here in operation you should be in HR.
I am now confused or i would say a wird in delima if right.what should i do.?

Hello Param Theraja,
One good thing you have done so far is sticking to the BPO (Operations) job.
Please continue till you get a break as per your liking in HR.
It is understable that people ask why you want to change over to
HR from Operations as you have been in Operations all along.
Here is the challenge that you should face. Since question has been asked many times
you should prepare your self very well to answer this in future.
For example you can say how you have helped your HR ( with your Operational expertise)
as to how an HR issue has been tackled in the past. There can be one case or many.
However what is baffling is why some one from Operations should ask you to go to HR.
Are you neglecting Operations?
This raises another question - HOW GOOD ARE YOU IN OPERATIONS ?.
If there is scope make sure you reach excellence levels in Operations
and still keep trying for HR role.

Thank you sir for your valuable feedback.
As you asked are you neglecting Operation ? and my answer is ofcourse not at all.
I have been in excellence level and i rate myself as 8 out of 10.
however question always comes you have done MBA in HR and pursuing SAP and done various work shops in HR field.
I too have answer for them ,however they always try to give me personal advice .
Once I went for an interview in operation and i got advice to go for ITIL ,PMP course.
Sir i would request to provide me some advice related to questions & answers i should prepare for both fileds.
Regards
Param
