I have an offer letter from TCS and expecting a joining letter anytime soon. In the mean time, I was accused of selling tickets illegally (blacking tickets) outside of a sports stadium. I have a court case pending although I am sure that I will be proven not guilty as I was not selling anything. Does this pending case affects my job prospect at TCS after background check. Kindly please help.
