My case is almost a reverse of Bindiya's.

I am experienced in several levels and types of training.

Over the last year an half I

have had tremendous soul-satisfaction from a less lucrative sub-market

--- the PVT COLLEGES SECTOR---

as a 41-yr-old blissful bachelor tasting younger audiences.

Then, recently,-

I have abruptly relocated from Delhi to KOLKATA.

IN MY ATTEMPT TO RELAUNCH MY FREELANCE CAREER IN A DRIER MARKET,

I WOULD LIKE TO PARK MYSELF IN THE MEAN,

AS ADJUNCT FACULTY - Soft Skills , OB, etc-

WITH SEVERAL B-SHOOLS.

Bindya AND Raaj, - your considered inputs would massively oblige.

I have testimonials from that sector.

But the total exposure was minimal and those were

non-A-Grade colleges.

In kolkata you either go for govt / Kol Univ : colleges

[ A NO-NO for me]

OR APPROACH ELITE ONES LIKE

AMITY, ISB, UNITED WORLD, GLOBSYN & ICFAI-IBS

I HAVE DONE UNUSUAL, ATYPICAL STUFF IN MY COLLEGE Pgms, - unmonitored-

and they've worked.

Students are still in touch - long-distance calls & email//

so whats the right way for me2 go about it ?
