Hello,
From your query, I gather that you have already resigned form this company and submitted your resignation letter 2 months back, is it so?
If you have already resigned, there is no option but to go back to your old company.
I would need more details to answer your query:
1. What is the notice period as per your offer letter?
2. What is the response from HR of this company?
3. Is going back to your previous company the only option?

Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
I am not able to understand - you resigned two months back although your notice period is 1 month are you are still with the company? If you are still with the company, you should track where your resignation letter has gone. You should speak to the HR. In my opinion you shouldn't resign at this point and probably search for job in another organization (as such options are open).

Sree,
Just to help, what I understood of Vasudee's post, Sorry If i got it wrong:
"Vasudee worked as a supervisor with the salary of 21,500, 2 months before he resigned and joined a new company as a Sr. Engineer with the salary of 25,500. Also he has not received his releiving letter and PF settlements yet from his previous employer. Now he is looking for an option to go back to his previous employer and wants to know whether they will take him back, if yes what issues he will face after going back to the previous employer, if not what other options does he have"
Vasudee,
Please correct me if i got it wrong.

Also the notice period of the current employer is 1 month and he did not meet his HR yet after joining this company.

Dear Vasudee,

I think you would agree that the health problems should take precedence over work culture problems, while deciding the job location.

You have been with this company for less than 2 months. Are you sure your suffering is due to bad work-culture, & not due to leaving your ‘comfort zone’?

In my opinion, 2 months is not enough period to comment on the work culture…..

The office politics & work culture issues are common in our industries. If your previous job did not have it, you were lucky…

But do you think you would get the same work-culture, after going back to the job after quitting it for couple of months? Re-evaluate the reasons why you quit your old job again….

& how was the work culture good in your previous organization, if you do not get the reliving letter even after 2 months of leaving the job?

You should look at this new job as a new experience & try to cope up / learn though it.

Good things can come from any level in the organization, & may be with your experience from previous job, you would be able to induce some good work-culture to your new company.

Also, you may look beyond these two companies & look for another opportunities. Going back to old job would not help as much, as to stay & learn, & then to move ahead to another better job!

As you are getting more salary in this new job with better title, it would be a good stepping stone for you, when moving ahead….

Regards,

Amod.
