Dear All,
We recently had a change in our HR structure - Core HR and Strategy HR.
To start of with the Strategy HR, we want to start with an HR survey, trying to know where the HR team stands.
Some of the titles which can be covered under the questionnaire are on the -
* Communication
* Policies
* Performance Management
* Recruitment Process
* HR portal
* HR Administration
* Training
I am seeking some more inputs from you all so that i can cover all the topics and get a good feedback through the survey,
The main motive is that the Strategy team will get a kick start and resolve the major issues.
