Hello! Can anyone guide me to choose between mpm or mba? Kindly let me know which will be much better for my career and help me get placed in a good company. I have heard mpm is outdated & companies are preferring students who have done mba! Is that true? and also let me know which are the good colleges for mpm course in pune?

There may not be much difference in MPM and MBA so ara s the basic qualification required for a HR job is concerned.Probably MPM may be taught more from social welafre point of view and MBA, more from management of such social welafre. The current trend in the Industry is to go for MBAs. However, the masters programme in TISS at Mumbai may carry as much weight as a management course from XLRI in HR.It all depends up on the repuation of the Institute.
