Dear Seniors,
I have recently join small IT company as HR Executive which is ISO certified company. My company has detail processes made for project management and software development team and Quality and support Team. We do not have any formal processes made for HR and Admin, Please help me what processes should be laid down for HR and Admin and also what formats we should follow to evaluate those processes.
Your valuable suggestion will help me a lot.

Hi Sonali,

HR is always an experiment for the company, if its a small one and its a good for you. I am a result of this experiment, which gave me lots of learning.

My Knowledge says:

First see what are u doing right now, write it down on the paper and then see what is required in the company. And then what more you can do.

Keep trying new experiments with ur Job Role, it will help you to learn more and to grow in ur career.

May this can help you. But I would prefer you to change it according to your local enviroment. There is lot more you can do with HR role but its more depend on the company requirement and structure.

•Giving Monthly Payroll record to Accountant

•To handle Employee disciplinary issues

•Developing and implementing action plans to keep high motivation level among employees

(a)Maintaining Proper Communication between employees

•Manage effectively and timely resolution of issues

•Resolving Employees Queries on a daily basis

•Taking monthly feedbacks from employees

•Making Monthly MIS

>Exit Interview and Maintaining proper knowledge mechanism

> Maintaining Monthly Payroll System

> Maintaining EPF account of the employees

> Proper Coordination with the Accountant of the company

And keep updating urself from forums and new policy.
