Dear Akhilesh,

Assuming you are a trainer in your org.

If you are looking to have a training session including Time Management and want to have some game for associates to understand the importance and let the same stick on after training, I would suggest you have in mind the following need to be taken care of:

* Time is inflexible and irreversible

* Put in the 'Big Rock's first - Stephen Covey (First Things First)

* Stick to schedule

For this I can think of pre and post with the following activity:

* Give them a scenario - much like a normal day-to-day one like 'Go to market and buy xxx product'

* Pre scenario: Do not give them guidelines - Let them plan

* Post enacting: Give them guidelines + add other activities

* Now, how do they execute them: Do they change the order, or stick to plan. How do they reorganize

* This can be given as activity to all: One team enacts at a time and the next team follows

* Ask the observing teams to give their findings and jot down the pointers

The noted down points will be sufficient since they themselves came up with them.

Hope this helps..
