Dear Respectees,
The EPF appellate tribunal given a verdict that, the definition of Basic wages under Sec 2(b) and Section 6 of EPF Act cannot be matched with the definition of wages under Minimum Wages or Payment of Wages Act. The EPF authority has no right to raise question or equate the same.
