This is sad Sim123, i think justice should be done.
What that company has done to you is not at all justifiable in any way...
One cannot be sacked in such a way....
You were devoted to your work and is this what you get in return.....termination with no concrete reason.....this is just so insulting and dirty.
Try do yourself justice Sim123.....

I absolutely agree with Kumar there wont be any appointment letter prepared with out the clause of unsatisfactory in the performance the employee can be terminated. I think you should go and speak to your manager on what grounds this injustice has been done to you, i think you need to know the reason of termination atleast ,if he is saying your performance is not upto the mark and you have any mail evidence about the manager praising you for your good work or what so ever i think you have good chances of winning the case.
