I was victimize in my company and i had been fighting with my company with labour court for my confirmation letter, which was not given to me, as i had reigned form company due to many issues which i have raised to management and they did not respond where i face Humiliation, uncomfortable, intimidating & non-corporation and not sharing my confirmation till my Resignation date even I was a confirmed employee. that is what i have mentioned in my resignation also.after my resignation i came to know i was a confirmed employee. i did came to know that my LTA was given in my salary, which is only given to those who are confirmed employee ,which is also mentioned in my offer letter.
now the issue is that ,how can i get it from them, because of that i am facing issue to join other companies ,because i dont have a confirmation letter.they have only issued a service letter which was also issued to me when i had proceeded to court.
because of this issue ,i am facing financial issue and carrier issue ,for which i would be asking compensation for sure but due to delay and carrier gap its becoming more critical.
need suggestion form lawyers and HR with case reference, where i can give reference. now
the case is moved to industrial disputes act 1947.
as this case becomes a criminal case due to suppression of document and victimizing me and a civil case too.
if anyone want to help and suggest me or guide me .
