Hello Everyone,
I want to devise a Earned leave Model which shows how many EL can be Carried Forward, What is the max limit earned leave can be carried forward to the next year, and how encashment of these Leaves can be done whether at time of separation or by the end of calender year.
Lets Suppose there are 18 earned leaves.
Limit to number of earned leaves can accumulate after which it will lapse??
Encashment of Earned leave whether at time of separation or End of calender year (what is the best practice to follow)
Also, whether to include that E.L if accumulated can be carried forward to next year to an extent of 90 days.
