Vidya That's Wonderful, its very rare in Present scenario, that emplyees serve for 10 years in the same company.
You can Give them the Benifit of ESOPS,
also a loyalitycertificate for there stay in the company.

Hi,
You can give them an appriciation letter along with a family party, where they can be awarrded as loyal employee of the organisation.You can give them gift vouchers etc. ESOPS is a good idea provided your management agrees to it and if it is a big organisation.
A Bonus might also be given which is called loyalty bonus.

Dear Poonam,
we already do loyalty bons for every 4 years (awarding rs. 20,000/-)along with the appreciation letter. that is the reason am looking for some creative idea.
