Hi,
I would like to know a solution to a problem that i am facing while recruitment.
We have a structure of salary and Experience according to which a new employee is placed however at times the problem faced is that there is a variance in the salary and the level of hierarchy that the person should be placed in that case what should be taken into consideration the salary or the designation

Dear Ms. Pooja,
Typical when you had to consider all the corners to estimate. May be its not poles apart to think that the candidates review for educational background. Compare the candidate's credentials to those of other employees working in an equivalent or similar position. Keep in wits that other employees in that position may have held it for some time, which can be an important factor in their current salary status.
Contemporary employees usually earn less than veteran employees who hold the same position, though exceptional experience and then can change this. Leave interim for employees to grow within their determined pay scale. The employees salary should be prominently decided as it should be the prime factor.
When Experience is hired Salary is directly resciprocated to the education and knowledge.
