hi there,

even i have done my summer traning project on ess.

there are some more parameters which u can add while doing ur survey which will be of great help to the company and for ur learning too.

1)leadership quality.

2)career development.

3)training programme.

4)performance appraisal.

5)work life balance (which is very imp now a days)

6)creativity and innovation.

7)change management.

8)communication.

9)motivation.

10)work climate and culture.

these parameters will cover all the imp questions which are required for doing a survey.prepare as many questions u can under each parameters so that u can choose the best amoung them.you can refer to a book of author name T.V RAO it will guide u abot how u prepare questions under each parameter and u can find most of them under it.

the most imp thing which u should do before preparing questions is observe the employees of the company as much as u can u that u can find out the problem areas.this will also help u.

i prepared 120 question afer which i reduced it to 60 questions.make sure that ur questionaaire does not look very lengthy.

good luck for ur project.and i hope this will help u.

cheers
