Please let me know with regard to small scale machine manufacturing private limited company having a turnover of 8-crores per annum and the employees getting the P.F. and E.S.I deductions, how many leaves they are entitled.

Plz go through Chapter VIII of the Factories Act, 1948 for grant of Earned Leaves to the workers. CL & SL are granted under the State Industrial Establishment ( National & Festival Holidays & Casual & Sick Leaves) Act. If you are also employing women then go through The Maternity Benefit act, 1961 for the woman workers/ employees who are not covered under the ESI Act, 1948.
