24. Number of hours of work which shall constitute a normal working
day:-(1) The number of hours which shall constitute a normal working day shall
be—
(a) in the case of an adult, 9 hours;
(b) in the case of a child, 4 hours
My Query -
If child labour is abolished below 14 Yrs in all emeployment sectors,( Act Amendment 2016).
Then why such thing exists in the act, or it has reference to children above 14 and below 18 yrs of age.
Does this require amendment in future specifying the limits of age.
