EPF Deduction on salary above 15000/-

Dear All respected Experts Is it necessary to deduct EPF of the employee having PF wages above 15000/- and he/she is also having the UAN from previous employment

Hi, Yes PF to be deducted on actual Basic+DA (based on Employer discretion) or PF can be deducted @ Rs.15000/-

Sir, thanks for the reply please also can you confirm if the employee as withdrawn the EPF & EPS share before joinig the establishment, then also is it necessary for EPF deduction
