Please let me know about minimum wages. Example - Gross Salary of a person working as an accountant is Rs. 10,500/- (announced as per Basic wage and VDA points upto 31.03.2017). Can we split this salary as (Basic + VDA) + Others which may comes as Rs. 7350 (Basic +VDA) + Rs. 3150 (others) where the gross salary is more than the wage announced as per minimum wages. (or) the total Basic and VDA should be Rs. 10,500/-
One more doubt - Is it necessary to split the salary of all the employees in an organization as equal percentages Example :- for person 'A' the Basic + VDA is 70% of the salary and others 30% and of person 'B' can the 80% as basic + VDA and others 20%.

In the new format there is a column for Gross wages:
If employee's Gross is 22000 and his basic - 9000 and HRA 4500,CCA - 2250, Conveyance - 1600 - spl allowance - 4650.
As per new format What is the amount should come in the column of EPF wages. Pl help me out Immediately..

Follow the steps to upload the ECR v2.0. Have attached screenshots as well.
Step 1: Login as an ‘Admin’ under new PF portal. https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/
Step 2: Go to ‘Payments’ & Click ‘ECR/Return Filing’
Step 3: Click ‘ECR Upload’
Step 4: Upload the ECR file and Submit
