Hi Raj Kumar, After completing 16 years of service, is the employee still continuing with you? If the employee is in service, they cannot withdraw their PF now; only partial withdrawal is allowed. However, if the employee has been relieved from your company and has been employed for more than 60 days from the date of relieving, the employee can apply for PF through UAN login. Form 19 and 10 C are old forms used to apply in offline mode. An employee can apply for a Scheme certificate if they do not have any plans to work in another company with PF/Pension. If the employee joins another company before turning 58 years old, they need to surrender the scheme to the respective employer/PF office.
