Meditate: Practicing meditation techniques and relaxation techniques help us gain our inner strength and calmness
Stop Multitasking: We must know what our abilities are and try to limit our tasks. Being mindful and focused on one thing at a time keeps us calm and relieves us from many stresses.
Practice breathing exercises: Breathing exercises calm out our mental emotions and also strengthen our immune system. They also help in building concentration and focus.
Take time for the self: Indulging in a hobby or an art like painting, music and dance makes us realize our inner strength and confidence.
Express: Sharing our feelings with others removes most of our burdens and makes us light.
Get rid of anger and negative emotions: Thoughts of anger and other negative emotions drain us of our mental strength and make us more stressful. Indulge in positive and happy thoughts

TIPS TO IMPRESS HR
Never badmouth anything or anyone This applies to your former employer, coworkers, or Osama bin Laden. We’re trying to screen out whiners and troublemakers. I don’t care if your last supervisor was a tyrant. Be kind and magnanimous about everything and everyone.
Make sure your appearance is in order Fair or not, you are judged based you based on how you look. Check your fly and make sure your eyebrows are smooth.
Don’t smoke on the day of the interview We can smell it. We don’t like it. There is an unconscious bias against smokers, and let’s face it, you have a reputation for being lazy. Smokers are more expensive to insure, too. Why would we want you on the payroll? Help me help you. Don’t smoke.
Don’t be too aggressive and tell us how awesome you are You’re here, aren’t you? A little humility, and some self-deprecating comments, will go along way with HR professionals. Trust me.
Don’t tell us your life story We hate it when you confuse HR with your mother, your therapist, or your best friend.
Don’t expect us to have a timeline for the interview process We have no idea how long it will take to fill the position. Ideally, we want to fill the opening tomorrow so we can get back to online shopping. Realistically, it will probably take a few months.
Be prepared to talk about your strengths and weaknesses Don’t ever tell us that you struggle to delegate. You care too much. You take on too much responsibility. An interview is a conversation, not a bad eHarmony profile. Show some self-awareness.
When you take us through your resume, don’t gloss over the mistakes. We like it when you stop and tell us about an experience that taught you something. It shows character. Address your flaws outright and tell us how you learned something.
Compliment us Seriously. We are human beings, too. Scan our offices and look for awards, photos, or something noteworthy. Make a connection. This is what salespeople do, and it works. We will remember your praise.
Make it easy for us to hire you When you give us examples during the interview process, frame those examples in a way that relates to the job description, the issues in the industry, or the company’s mission. Be relevant and you will be remembered

TIPS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
1. Accept compliments
While we all crave recognition, many people find it very hard to accept praise. Sometimes, their reaction sours the moment for the person who offered the compliment too. If someone praises you in a genuine manner, thank them. You can acknowledge anyone else that deserves a share of the credit but take what is due to you without fuss or false modesty.
2. Drop Your Fences (just a little!)
If we are tense about meeting people we don’t know but we want to make a good impression with, that may cause our whole body to start to prepare for flight (the most natural reaction to the fear we are filling our mind with). That will cause the other person to react at a very basic level to the unspoken signals we are sending them. We should remind ourselves that there’s little chance that they will attack us (muscles – relax!) and counter the negativity with positive thoughts that we can improve the other person’s day in the next few minutes. Then, those positive vibes will cause a more positive reaction in the other person.
3. Prepare your opening lines
Most experienced speakers rehearse their casual, off-the-cuff remarks as well as their formal presentations. Otherwise, the ad-libs might not work and tend to reduce their professional image in the minds of the people they are talking with. So, rehearse a few openings and don’t hesitate to take every chance you get to use them. A simple, proven way to reduce any butterflies is to ask yourself, “What’s the worst that might happen?”
4. Ask Open Questions
Closed questions can be answered with single-word answers such as “Yes” or “No!” You can see that they just don’t give much scope for your listener to open out the discussion. When you start a conversation, you want an answer from the other person, which you can use to continue the conversation and broaden the range of it. “Did you enjoy the concert?” is a closed question. “What did you like best about the Concert?” is an open question that invites more conversation, even if they thought the concert was the worst that they’ve ever seen.
5. Show Respect for Their Answer
Sometimes, you may not agree with their response, but please don’t immediately push your opposite view at them. When you begin the conversation, ask a question that will spark a conversation, not a battle. Start the conversation as you want it to continue.
6. Always Be Positive
If you drop your troubles in your new acquaintance’s lap, their reaction is not likely to be sympathy (except for themselves for meeting you!) Whatever hassles you’re going through in your life, leave them at the door. Try to be upbeat and interested in everyone in the group and what they have to say. Give positive re-enforcement to the people you talk with and keep away from criticism of people that are not present. Keep away, as far as possible from people that hack ‘absent friends’; just think what those turkeys might be cackling about you when you’re absent yourself.
7. Gag the gossip
Gossip and rumor is always negative about someone. Don’t spread it or encourage those who do by letting them foul your ears with it.
8. Keep quiet
Don’t pass on anything which other people tell you unless you are sure they want you to. That they ‘probably won’t mind’ is never a good enough reason. This will reinforce the good impression you make. You’ve got two ears and one mouth – use them in that proportion. If you think that you might be boring your listener, stop drilling. Often, asking them something about one of their special interests is the best way to get the conversation going again

TIPS TO IMPROVE THE FLUENCY OF ENGLISH SPEAKING
Tip No # 1 Get comfortable with the language. Read for 20 minutes in English. It can be a newspaper, a short story, a poem, or even a novel.
Tip No # 2 Develop your written language. If you don't have the requisite vocabulary you won't be able to communicate.
Tip No # 3 Start Speaking. Try out your spoken English on anyone who will be able to respond to you. Don't be afraid of making mistakes.
Tip No # 4 Keep your ears open for the accent. Watch the English news on Television. Watch BBC for the British Accent, CNN for the American Accent and NDTV 24/7 for the urban Indian Accent.
Tip No # 5 Record yourself. Listen to your voice and catch your pronunciation mistakes. Make a deliberate effort to avoid them.
Tip No # 6 Grammar is important. The parts of speech, tenses, form of verb, articles and modals all contribute to fluency. Make an effort to learn them.
Tip No # 7 Make the Dictionary your best friend. To date I head for it when confronted with a new word. Familiarize yourself with its meaning and use it in a sentence that very day.
Tip No # 8 Have someone proficient read aloud to you. A storybook or a newspaper article will do. Watch how they move their lips while pronouncing certain words.
Tip No # 9 Learn one new word a day. To increase your active vocabulary start memorizing the meaning of a word you had heard but were not sure of. Use it regularly to absorb it into your vocabulary.
Tip No # 10 Start writing a Diary. It will allow you to practice the language in a totally non threatening environment. Write one entry of at least 100 words everyday.
Consequently your Spoken English will improve, but not if you are lacking in commitment. It's all very well to be pumped up today about learning the language and forgetting all about it tomorrow.
Always remember the skills involved in any language are Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Any single one can't be developed in isolation

BEAUTY TIPS
1. Brushing Up
Make body brushing a part of your daily routine. Scrubbing out dirt and grime is the least of its advantages. Body brushing tones and stimulates skin, helping with the natural drainage of the lymph glands. It also helps combat cellulite. When brushing, work towards the heart, up from your legs and thighs, and down from your neck. Oh, and remember, skin should be dry while body-brushing, so make sure you have a soft brush - you don't want abrasions that are hard to explain!
2. Banana Rama
For a great homemade face softener, try this: mash a banana and apply it to your face. Leave on for ten minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. Your face feels like satin. Plus, it puts those over ripe gooey bananas to good use!
3. Pearly White
Ever looked in the mirror and felt that your teeth were going from white to off-white to yellow? Take a hard look at your habits. The biggest culprits in the teeth-yellowing process are tobacco, coffee, tea and red wine. So if you must indulge, brush your teeth afterwards whenever possible, or at least rinse with water.
4. Shades Of Summer
A snazzy pair of sunglasses not only looks great, but also delays the onset of crow's feet (wrinkles on the sides of the eyes) which are accelerated by squinting in the sun.
5. Peaches And Cream
Great looks come with great skin, so get crackin' on that epidermis. Dirt and oil blocks pores causing blackheads and pimples, while dirt, grime and pollutants are drawn to oily skin like moths to a flame. So wash your face as often as possible, and cleanse at least twice a day.
6. Instant Glow
So you've just reached home after a nerve-wrecking day at the office and have to leave immediately for a dinner party thrown by your husband's most revered business client. How to get that glow in a flash? You could cheat and layer on the blusher, but a better option would be to try this: simply mix equal amounts of lemon and honey, apply it to your face and wash off after ten minutes.
7. Luscious Locks
Nothing improves the quality of your hair better than getting a regular oil massage. Get it done at home once a week if you have a husband or mother-in-law that dotes on you, or visit your neighbourhood parlour.
8. All Steamed Up
After applying oil wrap your hair in a steaming towel for twenty minutes. Give your hair this steaming treatment at least once a month. Steaming hair after applying oil helps it soak deeper into the follicles.
9. Fun In The Sun
The sun's warmth may make you feel good but it's ultraviolet rays over time cause at best, dry wrinkly skin and at worst, skin cancer. Don't step out without loading on that sunscreen. In the summers, avoid stepping out between 12:00 to 2:00 when the sun is at its peak.
10. Water, Water Everywhere
You can never drink too much water. It flushes out your toxins and is great for the skin, liver and just about every conceivable body organ! It keeps you cool and feeling fresh, reduces dehydration and rejuvenates your body cells. Drink at least ten glasses of water in a day. Bottoms up!

TIPS TO AVOID ANGER
Basically for any anger, it happens because we make our mind wander here and there, do the basics do some serious meditation and concentrate on one object, mind will become calm and it can be controlled. In case of an anger you can easily control your emotions and avoid anger dominating you.
Always keep things simple and small: Do not expect anybody to perform always have a back up plan for everything, you should train the mind to prepare for the worst thing happening with a person. Then you will never get dejected, dejection or disappointment can really cause anger. Avoid disappointments be prepared.
When you are so angry it is better not to talk to anybody, that always helps us to calm your mind, Drink a glass of water when anger comes and try to divert your mind to pleasant things. Just avoid anger and always take things in a light way which will act as a shield and protect you from unwanted health problems.
Begin with your thought processes. The one thing that all angry people have in common is the feeling of entitlement that things must always go their way. They find it difficult to deal with a situation when it doesn’t go their way and hence the anger. If someone at home makes you angry by not listening to you or not doing what you tell them to do, try to imagine yourself as a king or god if you will. You’re walking around the house while every body else is bowing to you and scraping at your feet. Once you have this picture in your mind, it will be easier for you to realize how unreasonable it can be to expect things to go your own way all the time, or for other persons to bend to your will every single time.
Avoid using definitive words like “never” and always.” For instance seething to yourself about how your cell phone never works, or how your boss always puts you down only help you reinforce your own flawed thinking. Stop using those words, and you’ll see that your cell phone does work most of the time and that your boss, even if he is a pain at times isn’t always out to get you. The point here is not to establish these types of words on firm ground so they become a part of your thinking
Stop putting too much pressure on yourself. When you approach a problem, reward yourself for every step that you have solved. Don’t punish yourself if you don’t meet with success. Not every problem has a solution, no matter what we are taught as a society.
If certain situations or timings always seem to make you angry, make sure that you have some time to yourself during those moments. For instance, if your worst moments are when you just get back home, then make it a rule that when you get home no one bothers you for at least 10 minutes or whatever amount of time you want to be alone. This eases some of the pressure off you, and helps put you in a desirable mindset to face the rest of your day.
If your daily routine is contributing to your anger, try to change the routine. For instance if the early morning traffic jam causes you to be irritable early in the day, try to change the route so you can avoid traffic snarls. Alternately, you can also choose to use a car pool to get to work so you’re spared these anger inducing circumstances.
Use humor to defuse tense situations. For instance, if you’re dying to call your boss a low life cretin, you obviously can’t call him that to his face. You’ll lose your job! Instead try picturing him as a low life cretin. The mental picture that you have will make you smile, and will make you feel better about the whole issue.
Some people just naturally push our wrong buttons. You might find that being around some people almost always makes you angry. The fault may not be in them and it’s not fair to blame them for it. But if you find yourself constantly fuming because of the things they do or say, consider making the necessary lifestyle changes so you don’t have to deal with them a lot. This is especially true in a workplace setting
If you follow these basic tips you can really avoid anger and one more enemy is stress, you should not over work or take job pressure or any kind of pressure very lightly which helps you to avoid stress
Stay in control of your Anger........
Don't let your Anger control you.......:)

TIPS TO MAINTAIN OUR VEHICLE IN GOOD CONDITION
- Check the oil:
Before checking it, park on level ground and turn off the engine so circulating oil settles in the pan and you get an accurate reading. Pull out the dipstick and clean it with a paper towel or cloth. Reinsert, then remove it again. If oil clinging to the stick is below the 'add' line, top it up with oil recommended in your owner's manual.
- Schedule frequent oil changes:
During the warranty period the manufacturer will specify how often oil needs changing. After that "don't go longer than three months or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, between changes," advises Marsh.
- Check tire pressure every month:
Pressure should be checked when the tires are cold (you haven't driven more than two km). Buy a pressure gauge and keep it in the glove box. Gauges at self-serve hoses are notoriously unreliable.
- Check fluid levels:
The cap of each reservoir is labelled, and the owner's manual tells you where to look. Transmission fluid levels should be checked while the car is idling to get a correct reading of circulating liquid.
Only add fluid if the level is below the "add" mark, and never fill it past the "full" mark. Check the owner's manual for the recommended fluid.
However, if your brake fluid is low you need to take the vehicle in for servicing.
- Check battery, belts and hoses:
Check belts and hoses a couple of times a year. If you see deep fissures, fraying or jagged edges on your belts, alert your mechanic. If the hoses look swollen or feel soft, hard or brittle, alert your mechanic
