At last, I have found your post. Here, I would like to say one thing in this forum: only working people can make mistakes. The idle cannot commit any mistakes. Whoever commits a mistake only learns in life. We must always make mistakes, but they should be of a new type. Mistakes that are repeated should not be made again. If mistakes are repeated, it means we have not learned from previous mistakes. Average people learn from their own mistakes, but smart and intelligent people learn from others' mistakes.

Mistakes are great learning opportunities, and one does learn from them. However, one cannot talk about mistakes in isolation - they have consequences! Somebody can die, or someone can incur heavy losses. Fires caused by operators not following safety norms, driving mistakes on the road, etc., are to be avoided. Mistakes will continue to happen, but there have to be mechanisms in place to ensure they are captured in time before the consequences occur.
