An Induction Manual and Employee Handbook are essentially the same thing. I am attaching a sample of the Employee Handbook for your review.
The Induction Manual contains the following topics:
1) Introduction about the Company
2) Organisation's Branches and factories (with names and addresses)
3) List of Board Directors
4) All HR Policies
5) Office Rules & Regulations (Office Timings, Punch card)
6) Exit Interview Procedures
