The Impact of Technology and Culture on Organizational Functions

Technology and the organization's culture impact not just HR but all other functions too. The impact is not isolated to a particular department.

Technology plays a vital role in managing communication within and outside the organization. When there is a free flow of information, it reduces the time spent waiting. Technology also plays a vital role in improving the records within the company. When the information is processed automatically, it helps to build dashboards without spending time doing so.
