Hello to all respected seniors,
I am thankful to all of you for your valuable advice. You all have given various options to think, but now want to know how exactly I can start a career in the HR field. (I am pursuing an MBA in HR & MKTG 3rd SEM).
After completing my Summer Training, I got an offer from Wipro BPO as an associate (Calling nature of the job). They have given me the option to join after completing the course, with a package of 1.5. I have decided not to join. Please advise me on how I can start a career as an HR Executive. I am enclosing my CV. Please guide me on this. I am ready to relocate anywhere to become an HR Executive. Thank you for the replies you all have given me earlier.
Waiting for a reply 😊
