Hi,

I have worked on similar lines in my earlier organization. You need to first conduct a sample survey and get a generalized overview. Keep in mind the work the employee is doing, time spent, if they feel it leads to any success. Focus on the motivation level, and also have questions that would give you an idea as to whether the employee is actually mentally satisfied with the role or if they feel they could do more. Is the employee appraised when completing a task? Is feedback given? How does the employee view the organization as a whole? Career-wise, can the employee grow?
