Who will authorize to standing order copy of above 500 Employees and what are the documents require

We have standing orders issued way back in 2008 (our unit is in Gurgaon, Haryana, with 100 or fewer employees). The text of the standing orders is found to have errors, and it has just come to our notice. How should we approach the department for rectifications?

Dear Member,

As per Section 10(2) of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946, you can apply to the Certifying Officer in Haryana to have the standing orders modified. This application should be accompanied by five copies of the proposed modifications. The procedure for this application remains the same as when applying for the initial standing orders.
