The separation process starts with the notice of resignation given by the employee. After serving the notice period, at the end of the day, he is asked for an exit interview. Then, he is issued an experience letter as well as a relieving order.
After separation, his full and final settlement is prepared, and it is transferred to the commercial department. They credit the same within 15 to 21 days in his account.
