I have been drafting the exit and relieving process for my company and want to design an exit interview form. If any of you have the same, please mail it to me ASAP.

I have also drafted a detailed relieving process but would like any of you to send me your version so that I can compare the one I have drafted to the one you use.

Sorry for joining in late on the post. Thanks to Ranjan Kr. Srivastava for sharing the "Interview Exit Form." I thought of adding some design elements to Ranjan Kr. Srivastava's contribution and creating something that can be used by all Citehr members. The MS Word file is in an editable format and can be customized as per your individual needs. Good to hear that you have finalized the Exit Interview form with the help of our fellow members. Did you try using the "research" tab on this site? If so, you would have found loads of sample formats that could have helped you much better.
