Hi, I am working as an AM-HR for a company. They have given me a requirement and asked me to source profiles from the internet and do some job postings in groups. I am very new to this approach of sourcing. I've been trying to find profiles on Google and also posted in Google groups. However, there is no response, and I feel like I am just wasting my time.
In my consultancy, I used to source with the help of job portals, but here I have not been given access to any portals. So, please, can you help me out with some suggestions on how I can source directly from Google and how I can fulfill the requirement? It would be more helpful if you could provide detailed guidance on how I can get started.
It's very urgent as I need to close the requirement immediately. Please, friends, help me out. I will be waiting for your replies.
